Arriving Late

Late arrival will deprive you of valuable treatment time. As courtesy to the next client your treatment time will end at the time originally scheduled.

Appointment Bookings

We advise you to make your treatment booking 2-3 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. All appointments over an hour require a deposit of 50% or credit card details are required.

Advanced Bookings

If you like a regular appointment, weekly or monthly, please let our reception know who will gladly look after your future appointments up to 6 months in advance.

Cancellations

We kindly request 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. This will avoid a 50% charge, as we will be unable to fill appointments at such short notice. We offer a weekly cancellation list if your requested appointment is unavailable. This is suitable for clients that are available at short notice.

Client Comments

In order for us to continually improve and offer the best possible service, we welcome all comments.

Children

For the convenience of yourselves and the other clients trying to relax and also for safety reasons, we kindly request that you don’t have children with you while having a treatment.
